ATTENDANCE FEES
GEC is an exclusive event addressed to a specific target to which we are pleased to invite free of charge. That's why if you register but finally you can't attend, we kindly ask you to cancel your registration with enough time in advance.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
While we encourage full participation to maximize your learning experience, attendance at all activities (including master class and preconference event of Wednesday 22 April) is not mandatory.
However, we recommend attending the plenary sessions and at least one workshop per timeslot to get the most value from the conference. Feel free to tailor your agenda to your specific interests and needs.
ACCOMMODATION
No, unfortunately E&C can't intermediate in the booking of rooms at the Westin Hotel. We have however listed several hotel options nearby the conference venue [link]
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION
We understand that schedules can be unpredictable (as energy markets) . We recommend registering provisionally to secure your spot, as places are limited. We will request final confirmation as we approach the event for organizational purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel after confirming your registration, please notify us as soon as possible via rsanchez@eecc.energy.
Please notice that no-shows without cancellation will involve a symbolic penalization that will support our NGO partner Solar Sister.
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Yes, registration transfers are permitted.
Please contact us at rsanchez@eecc.energy with the details of your replacement colleague, and we'll update the registration accordingly.
CATERING
Yes, the registration fee includes welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunch and closing drinks.
Specific dietary requirements can be indicated during registration or by contacting rsanchez@eecc.energy before 1 April 2026.
OUTPUTS FROM THE CONFERENCE
Yes, all participants attending the Global Energy Conference will receive access to presentation slides, case study materials, and recordings after the conference via email.
WORKSHOP CHOICES
Review the workshop descriptions in the program guide. Consider your current challenges and learning objectives.
You'll have 2 workshop timeslots; you'll get an email a few weeks before the conference to confirm your workshop choices.
Q&A
Yes, each session includes dedicated Q&A time. We also encourage informal discussions during breaks and networking sessions.
ATTENDANCE
Unfortunately, this conference is in-person only to maximize networking and interactive learning opportunities.
